BIOGRAPHY

Hello. My name is Elizabeth Morgan Smith, but I go by Morgan. I was born and raised in East Dublin, GA. I will be getting my Bachler degree in Arts from Georgia College State University. My major is Fine Art Studio, and my minor is Marketing. My primary skill sets include Photography and Painting. However, I do prefer to draw and paint. I have also worked in the past with Graphic Design and 2D and 3D Design. I have experience in software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

In the beginning, I did not all ways wanted to be an artist. When I was younger, I wanted to be a zoologist. But my interest for it grew less and less. Around middle school, I started to get into the idea of drawing. I carried around a sketch book and drew monsters at first. Then I drew other sketch and design for people. At the time I only seen my skills as a hobby, not a protentional career path. Nonetheless, I loved to draw. When I graduated high school, I did not know what I wanted to be. My mother believed that I should try out to be an artist. Given the chance, I joined Middle Georgia College in Dublin, GA to get my Associate degree in Art. While attending there, I became enthrall in art. I wanted to learn more. To learn the different types of mediums that I can apply to my skills. After I finish my first degree, I transferred to Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, GA. There I was able to learn new skills and how to improve my social skill as an artist. I then proceed to get my Bachler degree. Because of my experience at GCSU, I am now more confident in myself and my work.
